HM3 Consulting approached Beatnik Studio to redesign their digital presence and better reflect the evolution of the business — from IT consultancy to Strategic Advisory.
The project focused on creating a scalable content architecture that could support future growth while making complex consultancy services easier to understand for an enterprise audience.
The Challenge
HM3's existing website had become difficult to navigate, with an inconsistent information hierarchy, limited CMS structure and a service offering that no longer represented the direction of the company.
Rather than a surface-level redesign, the brief required a fundamental rethink of how the business was positioned online — restructuring content, navigation and architecture to better reflect HM3's strategic proposition.
Our Approach
Working closely with the leadership team, we repositioned the website around HM3's Strategic Advisory proposition and proprietary 5 Enablers™ Framework.
The new website was designed and built in Webflow, with a modular CMS structure for Enablers, Case Studies and Insights. We restructured the navigation, rewrote key website content for usability and SEO, and established a refined visual language that better reflected HM3's enterprise audience.
