Branding and Shopify Ecommerce for a UK Furniture Brand
Summerfield & Scott is a UK-based furniture company bringing new life to old pieces. With a focus on craftsmanship, sustainability and design for everyday living, they needed a brand identity and online store that reflected their values and gave customers confidence to buy online.
We developed a bold, characterful brand identity system that reclaims the charm of vintage furniture for a modern audience. The logo uses a distinctive typographic approach, nodding to mid-century design while feeling fresh and approachable. The colour palette is optimistic and confident, with strong contrasts that help bring clarity and energy across brand touchpoints.
On the digital side, we designed and built a custom Shopify store with full flexibility in mind, tailored templates, smart content blocks and a UX-led structure that’s intuitive for both users and the in-house team. The site is designed to grow with the brand, balancing style with performance and ensuring a frictionless ecommerce experience from homepage to checkout.
Since launch, the site has received excellent client feedback and improved usability across mobile and desktop.
